Whether you enable this payment option is entirely up to you. The technical and regulatory processing is handled completely on your behalf.
Secure Processing Through a Licensed Provider
All cryptocurrency transactions are processed through Coinify, an internationally regulated payment service provider.
Incoming cryptocurrencies are immediately converted to traditional currency and paid out. This process ensures that the funds are used exclusively for precious metal purchases.
Activation in Just a Few Steps
Log in to your dashboard and navigate to the settings via the ‘My Website’ section. There, activate the crypto payment option and confirm the change.
After activation, the crypto payment option is automatically available in your personal store, on your landing page, and when using the API integration.
What Happens After a Crypto Order?
When a customer chooses to pay with cryptocurrency, the order goes through the following phases:
1. Payment Receipt
The payment amount is transmitted by the customer in the chosen cryptocurrency. Coinify verifies the transaction, converts the amount to fiat currency, and forwards it.
2. Order Approval
After successful payment confirmation, the system releases the order and the shipping process begins.
3. Commission Calculation
All commissions are calculated automatically: your individual margin, the shares of your network partners at the respective MLM levels, as well as the crypto surcharge of 1.25 percent for digital payments.
4. Payout
With the shipment of goods, commissions are released for payout and automatically distributed to eligible partners. For crypto orders, the commission payout is handled by the easygold24 administrator.
5. Overview & Tracking
You can track the complete order history at any time in the dashboard sections ‘My Orders’, ‘MLM Dashboard’, and ‘Transactions’.
Our role is limited to the technical payment processing — we do not act as a seller. The incoming amounts are credited to a separate wallet and forwarded after clearance by Coinify.
Additional Features and Specifics
A fee of 1.25 percent is charged on every crypto payment, which flows as an additional commission into the MLM structure.
Anonymous
Orders below 1,999 Euros can be placed without identity verification. In this case, goods are made available exclusively for in-person pickup.
In-Store Pickup
In addition to shipping, customers can pick up their order directly from you. A readiness notification can be conveniently sent from the dashboard.
Settings
The pickup option can be activated or deactivated at any time via a toggle in the dashboard.
Identity Verification (KYC)
Identity verification is automatic: Coinify verifies customers starting at 5,000 Euros, our system already at 2,000 Euros. You don’t need to take any additional steps.
